Environmental Science is for students who are curious about the planet and want to understand the biggest issues facing the world today: climate change, wildlife, conservation, pollution, energy, food, water, sustainability and the future of life on Earth.

At Middlesbrough College Sixth Form, AQA A-Level Environmental Science connects science to real places, real problems and real careers. You will explore global issues, but also local examples such as the River Tees, Tees Estuary, North York Moors, North East coast, renewable energy and Teesside’s growing green economy.
